Middle Market M&A Investment Banking is seeking strong Associates to join the team.
Associates assume rapidly increasing responsibility as key members of the investment banking teamss.
Associate's duties vary considerably and generally include analyzing and modeling financial statements, performing client due diligence, preparing information memoranda, developing analytical documentation supporting the deal process, and communicating with institutional investors and senior officers of acquiring companies.
Associates work closely with the senior executives of the Firm's client companies on each engagement.
Qualifications: * MBA from a top business school preferred * Outstanding academic performance record * Prior work experience in M&A * Excellent written and oral communication skills * Strong accounting and financial modeling knowledge
